As the Assistant Recruitment Manager at our organization, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment efforts of our dynamic HR team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain a structured database of candidate resumes and applications.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job functions and requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to qualify potential hires.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle process.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and company recruitment standards and practices.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote company opportunities.
  • Support HR team in designing and refining induction programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and prepare regular recruitment reports.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the recruitment phase.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend improvements to current practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or a similar human resources role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using HR software systems and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to leverage data in recruitment decisions.
