Job Description

The Assistant Merchandiser plays a crucial role in the retail and fashion industry, supporting the merchandising team to ensure efficient product lifecycle management from conception to sale. Responsibilities

  • Support the senior merchandisers in the development and execution of special projects.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and store management teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and market data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Previous experience in a merchandising or retail environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with merchandising software and standard office applications such as Excel.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
