Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in launching, promoting, and evaluating the marketing strategies necessary for brand success across various platforms. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who is detail-oriented and capable of collaborating with various departments to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business goals. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans that align with business objectives.

  • Conduct research on current market trends and consumer preferences to inform strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events.
  • Assist in organizing industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities for brand exposure.
  • Create and maintain inventory of marketing materials to ensure adequate supply for events and promotions.
  • Maintain digital marketing channels to enhance engagement and brand visibility among target audiences.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance marketing reach.
  • Handle feedback and inquiries related to marketing activities from clients or stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a marketing support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey brand messages.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools such as CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in marketing materials.
