Architect & Interior Designer 22N25

Responsibilities

• Develop and draft architectural and interior design plans based on client specifications.
• Conduct site evaluations to assess potential design constraints and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements for new structures.
• Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing structures and interior environments.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to implement design plans effectively.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technology developments in architecture and design.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure project completion on schedule and within financial constraints.
• Prepare and present detailed design proposals and project briefs to stakeholders.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into architecture and interior projects where feasible.
• Utilize design software to create high-quality 3D models and renderings for client presentations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior designers and interns in the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural and interior design projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials is highly desirable.
