Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs from concept through final execution.

• Conduct site evaluations to assess structural conditions and spatial possibilities.
• Manage project timelines effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction professionals to ensure design fidelity.
• Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.
• Participate in project meetings, providing design insights and updates to stakeholders.
• Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and materials suitable for interior projects.
• Monitor progress during the construction phase and adjust designs as needed.
• Utilize feedback from clients to refine designs for optimal satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into design concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of three years experience in a similar design role.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey design ideas to stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Deep understanding of building codes, safety protocols, and best design practices.
