Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site conditions and construction progress against plans.
• Review and approve contractors' shop drawings and project specifications for compliance.
• Present design concepts and updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into projects to promote environmental responsibility.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Assist in the bidding process by preparing detailed cost estimates and project proposals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns in the firm.
• Stay current with architectural trends and technological advancements in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency with architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred, but not required.
