Job Description

The role of an Advertising Sales Associate is pivotal in driving the revenue streams of a company's advertising initiatives. As a front-line sales representative, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with potential advertisers and clients.   • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to promote company offerings.
  • Develop creative sales strategies to achieve the company's advertising sales objectives.
  • Keep informed about industry innovations and competitive products to maintain professional knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in sales, preferably in the advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and advertising sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and deliver high client satisfaction.
  • Motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
