An Administrative Assistant is a crucial component of any organization, providing vital support to ensure seamless operations and the successful accomplishment of tasks. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure peak efficiency within the office environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence, including postal mail and email.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, maintaining easy access systems when needed.
  • Compile, prepare, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required by the team.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing conference materials and organizing team events and activities.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to meet operational needs.
  • Liaise with executives and management, ensuring critical documents are handled efficiently.
  • Help in the preparation of regularly scheduled financial or operational reports.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information.
  • Support team projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook) essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handle challenges.
