Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for multiple team members.
  • Handle incoming communications including emails and phone calls, directing them appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and clarity.
  • Perform data entry tasks and update records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Support team members by preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes during meetings.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
  • Provide support in the onboarding process of new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations across the company.
  • Assist in various administrative operations projects, providing input and support as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role for two years or more.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable personality with a team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
