As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across the organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in executing various administrative tasks, ranging from managing communications and scheduling to maintaining comprehensive records and project coordination. You will act as the backbone of our administrative framework, liaising with different departments to facilitate seamless operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
  • Maintain detailed records and filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate the procurement process efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments to support team objectives.
  • Assist in preparing reports and conducting research on various administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff and executives as needed.
  • Support the HR department in managing employee records and onboarding procedures.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and support corporate events, meetings, and conference logistics effectively.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff during high-volume workloads.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualifications.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audience engagement.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
