Job Description

The Accounts Executive is pivotal to ensuring the financial health and sustainability of an organization. This role involves managing and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Accounts Executive works closely with other departments to provide insights and support financial decision-making processes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department to ensure accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for planning purposes.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Monitor and improve current accounting processes and procedures for efficiency.
  • Conduct audits on financial transactions and documents to improve internal systems.
  • Provide guidance and direction to accounting staff to enhance performance.
  • Assure accurate and timely disbursement of funds to meet financial obligations.
  • Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and tools, particularly ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with various levels of management.
