Responsibilities

  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize marketing efforts.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize social media marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Analyze social media metrics and report the effectiveness of campaigns weekly.
  • Manage and oversee social media content including planning and scheduling posts.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Research and implement new social media trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure content and visuals are compelling and effective.
  • Monitor competitors and provide insights into their social media activities and strategies.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring social media campaign performance and impact.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce innovative and engaging content.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
