We are seeking a dynamic and experienced KG2 Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. This role involves working with kindergarten-age children to deliver creative, engaging learning experiences that support cognitive, social, and emotional growth. As a KG2 Teacher, you will play an integral part in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young students and encouraging their natural curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for kindergarten-age children.
• Encourage a learning atmosphere that promotes curiosity, creativity, and independent thought.
• Assess and document students’ progress, providing feedback to students and parents as needed.
• Ensure student safety and wellbeing at all times in the classroom and during activities.
• Develop positive relationships with students, fostering a love of learning and exploration.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum programs and teaching methodologies.
• Attend parent-teacher meetings and provide constructive feedback on student performance.
• Maintain an organized and inviting classroom environment that supports learning objectives.
• Implement behavior management strategies that promote a positive and respectful classroom culture.
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance learning experiences and classroom activities.
• Participate in professional development workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in teaching practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Proven experience working as a KG2 Teacher or in a similar teaching role.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, adults, and colleagues.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with educational trends.
• Patience, creativity, and flexibility in dealing with young children and classroom dynamics.
