We are seeking a compassionate and experienced KG2 Teacher to join our dynamic and dedicated teaching team. As a KG2 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to nurture and inspire young learners in their foundational educational journey. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for KG2 students in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity.
• Assess and monitor student progress through observations, reports, and parent-teacher communications.
• Encourage positive social interactions among students and foster a sense of community within the classroom.
• Incorporate innovative teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs of students.
• Prepare educational materials and resources to support lesson objectives and learning activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to education and discipline.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and growth over the academic year.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about new teaching methods and educational technologies.
• Ensure a safe and healthy classroom environment by enforcing health and safety policies.
• Encourage students to explore individual interests through interactive and creative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a KG2 or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and pedagogical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and parents.
• Ability to create a nurturing and motivating learning environment for young children.
• Experience with utilizing various educational technologies and tools in the classroom.
• Valid teaching certification or license in early childhood education is preferred.
