Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate kindergarten curriculum that meets educational standards.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Assess children's individual needs and development and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Incorporate various teaching techniques and resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Develop and nurture effective relations with parents through regular communication and meetings.
• Foster a supportive and loving atmosphere where children feel safe to learn and express themselves.
• Monitor student progress through regular assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Encourage cooperative play, problem-solving, and decision-making in group activities.
• Integrate the use of technology to enhance teaching and engage students in learning activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with early education trends.
• Enforce school and classroom rules to manage student behavior effectively and fairly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
• Proven experience working with children in a kindergarten or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of child development and early education best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.
• Creative, energetic, and able to engage students in educational activities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a dedicated teaching team.
• Must possess patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education.
