Responsibilities

  • Resolve employee issues and conflicts, following established dispute resolution protocols.
  • Maintain payroll processing systems and ensure accurate payroll information processing.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives and programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations within your jurisdiction.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and trends for strategic management decision-making.
  • Engage with employees to understand concerns and increase engagement within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation and experience with HR databases in practice.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for professional interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to detail and accuracy in tasks.
