Job Description

An HR Executive plays a critical role in the human resources department by overseeing HR operations, implementing company policies, and driving HR strategy to support the organization's goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role required.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships internally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills needed.
