Job Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a first-class hospitality experience for our guests. You will handle all guest inquiries, ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable stay. Your ability to communicate effectively, attentively listen, and address guest needs promptly will be vital in fostering positive guest relationships. You will also coordinate with internal departments to enhance guest satisfaction and handle any guest-related issues with tact and diplomacy. The ideal candidate will possess a natural flair for hospitality, embodying warmth and professionalism. Your role is crucial in ensuring our guests' encounter a seamless and engaging experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
  • Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure room readiness for guests.
  • Address guest complaints in a calm and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain guest records accurately in the system for reference and analysis.
  • Liaise with other departments to streamline guest service efforts collaboratively.
  • Assist guests by providing information and recommendations on local attractions.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and any special guest accommodations.
  • Ensure the lobby area is clean, inviting, and conducive for guest interactions.
  • Monitor guest feedback and propose improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Organize special events and functions, ensuring guest needs are anticipated.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in guest relations or front desk operations of a hotel.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and understanding.
  • Proficient in using hotel management systems and reservation software.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure all guest needs are met effectively.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
