  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Track and monitor customer requests to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
  • Deliver and maintain a high level of customer service support across all channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on customer service metrics and trends.
  • Train and mentor new team members on customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in customer service and product knowledge training sessions as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
