We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to translate client needs into technical solutions. You will be integral in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. The Business Analyst will also be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize and redefine business processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. With a customer-centric approach, the Business Analyst will employ robust analytical methodologies to guide impactful business decisions and improve operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and system requirements.
• Develop project plans and manage timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders and executives.
• Conduct data analysis using various techniques including SQL and Excel.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive consensus and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and project teams.
• Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations aligned with business needs.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Work closely with developers and testers to validate project deliverables.
• Provide training and support to end-users during deployments and new system rollouts.
• Stay current on industry trends to proactively identify innovation and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business analysis role or similar position.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI Software.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
