Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive for our Learning Solutions division, where you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and fostering relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. Your expertise in learning solutions and sales strategy will be crucial in promoting our suite of products and services designed to enhance educational outcomes. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from conceptualization to delivery. Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the education and corporate sectors.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our learning solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while meeting revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with product development to relay customer feedback and demands.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
  • Consistently update CRM with accurate client interactions and sales forecasts.
  • Provide ongoing customer support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote brand awareness.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow existing accounts and nurture new ones.
  • Work closely with marketing and support teams to deliver excellent client services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to deliver presentations that effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of modern learning solutions and educational technologies.
