Job Description

An Account Executive is a vital link between a company and its clients, responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with both existing and potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and account management.
  • Identify client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high quality services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue for the company.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular account updates and sales forecasts to management for planning purposes.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Resolve client queries and complaints efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in company events and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite for maintaining client records.
  • Highly motivated, with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting sales targets.
