Responsibilities

• Execute store floor plans, layouts, and fixtures according to specifications.
• Train and support retail staff on visual merchandising best practices.
• Plan and oversee the installation of displays and signs in-store and window fronts.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to improve visual display impact.
• Manage inventory and transportation of display materials and equipment.
• Work with external suppliers to source props, materials, and display units.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within retail.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics.
