A UX Designer 29O25 is responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user research to enhance user satisfaction. You will need a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, conduct usability tests, and continuously integrate user feedback into your designs. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and behavior.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create feasible design solutions.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and functionally efficient.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
• Facilitate usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.

• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UX design.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Enhance the product's accessibility and inclusivity for diverse user groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a compelling portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-first focus on design challenges.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design improvements.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience in conducting usability tests and interpreting quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
