We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to create enhanced design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Analyze user interface problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to convey design ideas and gather user feedback.
• Maintain design systems and ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to incorporate in projects.
• Test and optimize designs through usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics data.
• Communicate design concepts and demonstrate how they will accomplish user goals effectively.
• Participate in designing and conducting workshops to gather user insights and feedback.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and solid user-centered design practices.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and processes to team members effectively.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for details, aesthetics, and beautiful design paired with strong technical understanding.
