Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products across platforms.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform user experience strategy.
• Utilize wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to conceptualize user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align on project goals.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to improve user interaction and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends and standard methodologies to improve designs.
• Perform usability tests to identify and fix UI/UX problems effectively.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides for future projects.
• Work in an agile environment to rapidly iterate and improve designs.
• Create clear and concise specifications for new product features and enhancements.
• Push creative boundaries while maintaining functionality and user-centric design.
• Advise and mentor junior designers on best UX practices and design standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a UX Designer or similar role in design field.
• Proven ability to design user-friendly digital interfaces and user experiences.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts to non-design colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
