UI/UX Designer 28J25

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting innovative design solutions by understanding user needs and transforming them into intuitive and functional interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring your vision to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful UI/UX projects and a solid grasp of the latest web technologies and design tools. Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphical user interfaces elements like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields for easier usability.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate site functionality.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems across a variety of devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders continually to meet project needs.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images while crafting designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers effectively for implementation.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role needed.
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is essential.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools, for example, Wireframe.cc or InVision.
• Exceptional skills in visual and interaction design with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to present your designs clearly.
• Detail-oriented mindset and critical thinking skills to enhance design quality.
