Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve product designs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate design ideas.
• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Analyze user behavior and adjust designs to increase user retention and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the design process from conceptualization to implementation and iteration.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate translation of design elements into the product.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to bring to our products.
• Test and optimize designs based on feedback and user testing results.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design rationale clearly.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across all product platforms and channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work samples.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or InVision.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
• Excellent communication skills to present and rationalize design solutions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
