UI/UX Designer 22J25

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer (reference: 22J25) to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design, user experience, and interaction design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user requirements and brand guidelines into a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

• Create engaging, user-focused interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, motivation, and behaviors.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible and high-quality designs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aligned with project goals.
• Translate user requirements into design elements and user stories.
• Analyze user feedback to iterate and enhance design solutions continuously.
• Ensure design standards consistency across all design materials and guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions offering creative ideas and design solutions.
• Stay updated with current design trends and technological innovations.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of design documentation and assets.
• Communicate design concepts and specifications to project stakeholders effectively.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Familiarity with front-end development practices, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
