UI/UX Designer (225-920)

A UI/UX Designer is a crucial part of the product development team, responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and insights into user behavior to design products that are not only functional but also engaging. The designer works closely with product managers, developers, and users to understand user requirements, develop design strategies, and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. In addition to design skills, a UI/UX Designer also needs to keep up with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that the product remains competitive in the market.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Design and prototype user interfaces based on user needs and feedback.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows as necessary.
• Ensure responsive design optimization across various devices and platforms.
• Create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly design layouts and templates.
• Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX.
• Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility of designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides across projects.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to continually enhance user experience.
• Facilitate user feedback loop to incorporate changes effectively into design.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for details and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in conducting usability testing and applying findings to design improvements.
