We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients and potential customers to present products and gather insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales effectively and efficiently.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products.
  • Collect and provide feedback from clients to improve products and customer service offerings.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Officer or similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to drive business success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory as required.
