Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our company's sales by effectively engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers utilizing approved sales scripts.
  • Identify customer needs and interests to present appropriate product solutions.
  • Answer customer queries promptly and follow up on leads and prospects.
  • Maintain and update a database of prospective and current customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to effectively communicate its features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Track and report daily sales activities and results to the sales manager.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate to secure successful sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with team members to share strategies, insights, and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, staying motivated in fast-paced environments.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and update customer records effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM software and telephony systems.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
