Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will be a key player in our sales team, responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and sell products or services.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of our products, services, and pricing structures.
  • Identify customer needs through relevant questioning and active listening techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve sales quotas and key performance metrics as set by management.
  • Input and update customer information accurately in the CRM systems.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and objections with clear and convincing responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish strategies for driving sales growth.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve our products, services, and sales approach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better meet client needs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and the capability to handle sales rejections gracefully.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques for successful selling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications is a plus.
