The Telesales Executive is a pivotal role within our dynamic sales team, primarily focused on driving revenue through strategic outbound sales calls. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales technique.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Report regularly to sales manager on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role required.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle challenging sales environments with resilience and determination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and demonstrating proficiency in sales software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business is preferred.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or within a team.
