Job Description

The Telesales Executive position is a key role within our sales team, focusing on enhancing the company's revenue and market presence through effective telephone-based selling. This position requires excellence in communication, relationship building, and persuasive selling skills to convert potential leads into paying customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of our product offerings and be able to articulate the benefits and features to prospective clients. Working in a dynamic environment, the Telesales Executive will need to meet daily and monthly sales targets, adhere to company sales processes and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions. Responsibilities

  • Engage potential customers through outbound calls to explain product offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services accordingly.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into successful sales transactions.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and performance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful account activation and usage.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better resonate with target audiences and increase closing rates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or similar customer service position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required for effective sales.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tracking systems for efficiency.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary.
