Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of company products and services for sales discussions.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Record detailed information on all customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any queries or issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports detailing sales activities and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or similar sales/customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective sales tasks.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated at all times.
