Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our company by engaging with prospective clients over the phone. Your primary objective will be to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction by effectively communicating the value of our products and services. Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will use your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to build relationships with customers. Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions is key to your role. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is passionate about sales and looking to make a significant impact in a competitive market. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outbound call efforts with the overall business objectives and contribute to the success of our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.
  • Utilize scripts to provide information about product features and forward relevant calls.
  • Respond effectively to questions about the company and the products offered.
  • Listen to customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior management for swift resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily and weekly performance activities.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to new customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep abreast of industry products, trends, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with database technologies and telephone systems is desirable.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • A strong passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.
