Job Description

The Telesales Executive is a critical role within our sales department, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive phone-based sales efforts. As a Telesales Executive, you will connect with potential and existing clients to present and sell our products or services, addressing customer needs and enhancing satisfaction. This role requires a determined, persuasive, and communicative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to excel in outbound calls while maintaining high effectiveness and professionalism is key to your success. The position demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capability to handle rejections with resilience and determination.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling and networking strategies.
  • Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all calls and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and pitches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
  • Deliver accurate information to customers with clarity and confidence.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
  • Adapt sales techniques based on interactions and feedback from customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some sales training preferred.
