The Telecalling Executive in the Real Estate sector plays an integral role in the sales and customer service departments. Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for property visits and follow-up with clients post-visit.
  • Update customer information databases with accurate client interaction details.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the sales team when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when dealing with clients.

  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance telecalling skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in real estate.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and solve issues calmly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telephonic communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry practices.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet outreach and lead generation targets.
