Job Description

A Tele Calling Executive plays a crucial role in a company's sales and customer service departments. This role involves reaching out to potential customers or clients via telephone to present products or services, address inquiries, and convert calls into sales or leads. As a bridge between the company and consumers, the Tele Calling Executive must maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's reputation. They are responsible for creating a positive experience during customer interactions, which requires excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding. In addition to sales, they often handle customer complaints, provide product information, and document each call interaction in detail.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic conversations with potential and existing customers to promote products effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic calling efforts.
  • Convert pre-defined leads into sales opportunities through persuasion and negotiation techniques.
  • Maintain comprehensive call records and customer interaction notes for future reference.
  • Follow up with potential customers and clients to close sales deals successfully.
  • Coordinate with sales team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company products and policies for providing accurate information to customers.
  • Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback for improving product offerings and services.
  • Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment to achieve objectives.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and submit them to the team leader.
  • Ensure compliance with all telephonic communication regulations and etiquette standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with fluent command of spoken language.
  • Strong understanding of basic sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication equipment and CRM software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude during calls.
