Job Description

As a Tele Calling Executive, you will play a crucial role in addressing and converting potential clients over the phone. In this role, you are the voice of the company, responsible for engaging with customers, comprehending their needs, and leading them towards suitable solutions or purchases. This position demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You will be part of the sales team, and your primary aim will be to generate sales and maintain strong customer relations. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively convert leads, accurately manage customer data, and contribute to the overall growth of the company by hitting or exceeding established targets.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers based on generated leads by the company.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas on regular basis.
  • Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible manner using specified systems.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed for further closure of deals.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with precision and a positive demeanor.
  • Record details of telephonic conversations, sales leads, and participation rates.
  • Prepare and present reports on call activities to management consistently.
  • Continuously work towards improving call strategy for enhanced service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to share innovative ideas and strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is preferred for candidates.
  • Proven track record as a telecaller or similar customer service role in the past.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with an engaging phone presence.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work towards targets consistently.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices with an ability to learn new tools.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with a goal-oriented approach to achieve results.
  • Flexible schedule including availability on weekends as necessary for business needs.
