Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and address client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
  • Work collaboratively with sales teams to develop customer-centric scripts.
  • Gather customer information and document the details accurately in the CRM.
  • Meet established call volume and sales targets consistently each month.
  • Provide actionable feedback to management and product teams based on calls.
  • Identify potential leads from calls and forward them to relevant departments.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • Update client databases and document all interactions for quality assurance.
  • Participate in continuous training programs to enhance communication tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure with difficult calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer operations is necessary.
  • Capability to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to handling calls and tasks.
