Job Description

The Tele Caller Executive plays a pivotal role in connecting businesses with their potential customers over the phone. These professionals are the first point of contact for clients and are responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Engaging in outbound and inbound telephonic communication, they seek to provide solutions, answer queries, and sell products or services. A Tele Caller Executive must be a versatile communicator with the ability to handle rejections gracefully and possess strong persuasive skills. They work towards achieving set targets and contribute to the business's overall growth by promoting products and services efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Answer incoming calls from existing customers and address their queries effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized communication.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Document all interactions and update the customer database regularly for future reference.
  • Follow up on outbound and inbound leads to increase conversion rates.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers and management team.
  • Address customer grievances efficiently and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to streamline efforts and improve customer experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends to proactively address customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Tele Caller Executive or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Ability to handle rejections gracefully and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales successfully.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software applications.
  • Fluency in the local language and English to effectively interact with customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; additional certification is a plus.
