Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
  • Achieve the set targets for call quality and customer conversion rates.
  • Update and manage customer information databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle customer objections and feedback with a positive attitude.
  • Methodically record all customer interactions and feedback systematically.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer leads and opportunities.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share best practices.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines while interacting with customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
  • Strong ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and database management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated individual with a keen interest in sales and marketing strategies.
