Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure for organization efficiency.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability to meet operational demands.
• Oversee and ensure IT security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions to enhance system processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and technology infrastructure.
• Identify and manage IT system risks including developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support IT systems and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines for IT staff.
• Provide fourth-level technical support for all technology systems of the organization.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting as needed to assign or escalate issues accordingly.
• Document all operations and system-related changes in compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Technology Operations Specialist or similar role in IT.
• In-depth knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Familiarity with various database management systems including SQL and Oracle.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Virtual Box), cloud computing services, and VPN solutions.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to apply logic to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
