Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to reinforce sales strategies and motivation.
  • Offer personalized coaching and training to improve team skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive team environment focused on accountability and recognition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with potential and current clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales progress, initiatives, and projections.
  • Identify areas for team member growth and recommend appropriate development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team successfully.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
