We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader for our Inside Sales department. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives with a focus on achievement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet targets.

  • Organize regular meetings to review performance metrics and sales results.
  • Train new sales representatives and provide ongoing support and mentorship.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats for the team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing goals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to upper management with detailed analysis.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Implement sales training programs to enhance the team's skills and effectiveness.
  • Engage in regular follow-ups with clients to maintain and grow business relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in inside sales, with a leadership role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a coaching mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills a must.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close successfully.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools is essential for this role.
