Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective talent acquisition strategies, and manage the full recruitment cycle. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent acquisition needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Screen candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection activities.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and manage candidate databases efficiently.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and prospective candidates.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and other employment details with successful candidates.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and salary information to attract competitive talent.
  • Facilitate strategic workforce planning and talent management discussions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in HR.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
