Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting activities in the ATS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or related role.
  • Excellent knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Outstanding ability to conduct interviews and assess potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and candidate relationship management tools.
