Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate experience practices.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under tight deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
